
| GROUP FITNESS One huge benefit to Island Fitness membership is access to more than 40 group fitness classes in any given week. Our diverse team of experienced, professionally-certified fitness instructors offer a variety of conditioning, cycling, Pilates, mind-body, kickboxing and dance, packaged into traditional, fusion and express class formats, to suit a multitude of schedules and workout programs.
