Do you need to exercise, but don’t know where to begin? Feel the need to get back in shape? Embark on the road to your fitness goals with this class. The movements re kept simple but effective. Various exercise equipment will be used to give you the confidence, energy and strength to take it to the next level. This program will help you maximize your gym time, prepare for exercise, structure your daily workout, and perform at your best in the gym so you can feel your best in your daily life. Moves can be modified for the beginner to the more fit individual.

Marc's Bootcamp demo

Come challenge yourself to an hour of cardio, core and strength training designed to move you in all planes of motion. This test of endurance will include group exercise combined with individual circuit stations.
