Are you ready to embark on a journey of sustainable weight loss by adopting new fitness habits and nutritional strategies, and making significant lifestyle adjustments?
This program will:
- Treat you as a whole person, offering assistance and education in terms of exercise, nutrition, and behavior modification. Components of the program include personal training and group exercise, nutritional counseling, and group support meetings.
- Treat you as an individual, with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. One-on-one personal training and nutritional counseling sessions will allow us to tailor the program to meet your special needs, and work with you to overcome your personal challenges.
- Set you up for long-term success, by teaching you healthy habits, by allowing you to build relationships with your teammates and support network at the gym, and by finding ways to make health and fitness an enjoyable and intrinsic part of your life.
