Struggling to lose those last 5, 10 or 15 pounds? Train to Trim is your ticket to success! This 10-week, high-intensity program combines Yoga, Conditioning and Nutritional Coaching to help you tone up, trim down and improve overall health and well-being. Participants meet 3 times/week with 3 different trainers and coaches who are all experts in their fields! Mondays: Power Yoga with Katie Pearson Participants must commit to the entire series.
