Island Fitness Supergroup Policy
A Supergroup is a fee-based class which is treated as a hybrid between Group Fitness and Personal Training, designed to fill the demand for more targeted programming in a small group format.

  1. Registrations
    Supergroup registrations must be paid in full before the start of the first class and a place is understood to be held for that participant for the full term of that Supergroup.
  2. Credit, cancellation, transfer, make-ups
    If a participant must cancel a prepaid registration, he/she must do so prior to the start of the 2nd class. A credit of the registration fee minus the drop-in fee will then be issued only if the Supergroup allows drop-ins and there is a person on the waiting list to take that person's place. Transfers of Supergroup registrations between participants are not allowed. Make-ups of missed classes are not allowed. Registration fees, deposits, and pre-paid tuitions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a travelers' advisory or weather emergency of any kind is in effect one hour prior to the beginning of class, that class is automatically cancelled. In that case, make-up classes will be scheduled, or credit will be given in place of the canceled class. There will be no refunds.
  3. Minimum enrollment
    Classes must meet the set minimum enrollment one week prior to the start date or the class will be canceled.
