Group Meditation Coming August 5, 2019

Starting August 5th, Sherry will be hosting a group meditation class. This class is open to all levels of experience. You might be asking yourself, why should I meditate? Here are five reasons to meditate.

  1. Reduce stress and anxiety

  2. Experience greater happiness and wellbeing

  3. Increase your energy and vitality

  4. Be more self-aware and present

  5. Have greater focus and clarity

These are just a few of the many reasons to meditate. There is no "right" way to meditate: you can sit or lie down, you can use props to help you find comfort and relax. We will also practice some breath work that will help you down-regulate your central nervous system and allow your body to deeply relax.
