Come learn about the Island Fitness Train to Climb program on Wednesday, November 20 at 7:00PM (in the stretching area). Train to Climb is a unique 6-month program that incorporates personal training, small group training, nutritional guidance, body work, outdoor hikes, seminars and more! For 8 years we have successfully trained people of all fitness levels to help them achieve this iconic “bucket list” item; a safe and enjoyable climb of Mt Rainier. Whether you climb with the Island Fitness group and Alpine Ascents International, or you’re climbing with your own group, this program can benefit you.
