Train to Climb is a unique 6-month program that incorporates personal training, small group training, nutritional guidance, body work, outdoor hikes, seminars and more! For 8 years we have successfully trained people of all fitness levels to help them achieve this iconic “bucket list” item; a safe and enjoyable climb of Mt Rainier.
