Was working out til way into my pregnancy here. Then after giving birth I joined a mommy and baby postnatal pilates class with Daviana and had such a wonderful time! It was just what I needed and she was very accommodating and supportive of where I was in my healing. I was able to workout and still take care of my baby. ♥️ Grateful for Island Fitness!
