6 Week Summer Shred with Darcy Monette
This summer at Island Fitness, we're featuring a new fitness and nutrition program that offers all the support you'll need to succeed! During Summer Shred, Darcy will provide you with specific, personally tailored, and easy-to-follow steps that will lead you directly to success. No guesswork required!
The 6-week program consists of:
Two 45-minute HIIT training classes per week, Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00 PM
Weekly 30-minute private nutrition and body composition analysis sessions, which can be scheduled at your convenience.
