TRX Mixed Equipment Interval Training
Have you hit a weight-loss wall? Or are you looking to firm up and tone an otherwise healthy body? Try TRX Mixed Equipment Interval Training! Participants will learn exercises on various pieces of equipment in a circuit format, with cardio interval to tone muscle, and increase caloric burn. This is a 12-week, high-intensity conditioning for healthy women looking to tone up, trim down and improve overall health. Nutrition and one-on-one personal training are recommended components, but not required.
