A great place to workout

I have worked with personal trainer, Quinton Agosta, for the past four years, both on rehab for two knee surgeries and for strength and flexibility, with the ultimate goal of being able to play basketball again. Several weeks ago, I was able to play in a basketball tournament in which my team qualified for the Senior National Games next year and in which I received MVP. I owe so much to Quinton: his workout plan met me where I was, targeted specific muscle groups for basketball, and made me stronger and more balanced overall. He pushed and encouraged me when I needed it. His knows his stuff and is an outstanding personal trainer for all kinds of fitness levels. (And I can also hike, bike, and cross-country ski.) I am a fan.
