Ortho-Kinetics® Specialist Trainer
Time and again I am reminded of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation for what our bodies and mind can achieve. As an Ortho-Kinetics Professional Trainer, I want to share my knowledge and enthusiasm, and encourage a healthier lifestyle to help you realize what your body is capable of doing. I believe that physical activity expands far beyond structured exercise. I strive to provide my clients the capacity to exceed their individual goals both inside and outside of the gym. Whether you want to have a PR in your next race or to simply keep up with your grandkids – I can help you reach your potential.
