Joined during an extended stay on Bainbridge Island and just love it! Staff are open, friendly and helpful, there’s tons of equipment (and enough cardio machines - yay!), and plenty of room to stretch out and do any floor work you need. It’s SUPER clean, and the vibe is friendly. Love the steam room in the locker room! A great motivator to get me in - I get to steam after. My massage the other day was also fantastic. Thanks Island Fitness!

Extraordinary gym with great heart. Weights, in person and virtual classes (loving Body Pump), machines, training, steam room, all for an affordable price (cost of mental and physical health=priceless for sure) Convenient location - combine with downtown errands or on the way to the ferry for commuters. They have worked so hard to provide an impeccably clean and safe environment.And the staff is endlessly kind and supportive even to a cheerful gym scrub like me. So very grateful for Alexa and Michael Rosenthal who saw the potential in and saved this old bowling alley. You’ll be so glad you came. I am never sorry on the way home.
