“Sara began her career in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor at Kansas State University. While pursuing her B.A. in dance and studying pre-requisites for physical therapy Sara was on the ultimate frisbee team and coached Red Cross swim lessons during the summers. After college Sara added on her personal training certification to create a full-time career in fitness.
This is Sara’s fifth year as a personal trainer and third year using Ortho-Kinetics. She loves the anatomical aspect and personalized programs that Ortho-Kinetics affords individuals. Her favorite moments are using mechanics and science to solve problems and improve injuries to help clients improve their lives.
Sara continues to teach a wide variety of group fitness, though her favorites continue to be Pilates and Barre.
In her free time Sara enjoys being outside, biking, walking the dog, exploring, and doing Crossfit. She also continues to dance, play the guitar, and paint for fun.”
