You may have seen Island Fitness Professional Trainer Tony Locascio working on his footwork, strength, and plyo (jumping) skills for basketball here at the gym. In addition to being an Island Fitness trainer, Tony L. coaches the youth basketball program, Bainbridge Roots. But did you know he also competes annually in the Hoopfest Championship held near his hometown of Sandpoint, Idaho? Tony, his brother Daniel, and friends Spencer and Jeremiah competed in the men’s bracket of Hoopfest this year and were victorious, claiming their third championship! Congratulations!
