In-person small-group classes and Pilates small-group series return.
As of March 22, Kitsap county has advanced to Phase 3 of the state’s “Healthy Washington” reopening plan. As restrictions are lifted, you’ll begin to see more changes at Island Fitness as we move forward toward “normal.”
We still require reservations for walk-in workouts, but more workout slots are available since we’ve been able to expand both our business hours and the number of people allowed inside the club each hour.
We’re adding more classes to our virtual and on-demand menus, and we’re also now offering in-person small-group training classes and small-group Pilates series.
Our new expanded business hours start today, Monday March 29, 2021!
Mondays – Fridays: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
In-person indoor small-group cycling starts April 3rd!
To keep you safe we are limiting in person cycling classes to 5 participants and masks are required at this time for the entirety of class.
Choose from 4 classes with your favorite cycling instructors in one of our private studios at Island Fitness! Reserve your seat online.

Mondays at 4:30 pm, starts 4/5 with Bob Silver
Wednesdays at 6:30 am, starts 4/7 with Jackie Fabbri
