Mental fitness 2.0 – Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation

“Fall is quickly approaching and with the change of seasons our bodies, minds and hearts transition too.”

Please join Alexa Rosenthal for an afternoon filled with relaxation and reflection with mindful movement spread throughout the afternoon.

The afternoon will include, but not limited to:

  • Breath-work
  • Meditations
  • Body Scan
  • Journaling
  • Sound Healing
  • Mindful Movement including Walking Meditation in nature
  • Free time for connecting with other participants or taking time outside to be with yourself for further reflection.

The location has been thoughtfully chosen for easy access to nature – land and sea, with a cabin as homebase for sessions and in case the weather decides to give us precipitation. Most importantly all levels of mindfulness are welcome to take part. No previous experience needed. Limited to 10 participants.
