New Cancelation Policy Effective March 1, 2023
If you need to cancel or reschedule your MASSAGE appointment, please advise us 48 hours in advance of your session. (i.e. if your appointment is at 10:00 am on Wednesday, you would need to cancel by 10:00 on Monday to not be charged)
Cancel outside of the 48 hour window by logging on to your account or calling the Front Desk at (206) 842-5720.
Cancel inside the 48 hour window by calling the Front Desk at (206) 842-5720.
To be clear:
- Cancel 48 hrs or more before the time of your session, will be considered an “Early Cancelation” and you will not be charged.
- Cancel inside the 48 hour cancelation window, up to 24 hours before your session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
- Cancel inside 24 hours before your session and you will be charged the full session fee.
- We are reserving this session time for you, and turning away other clients, therefore cancelations without adequate notice and no shows will be charged at full session rate to your credit card or gift card balance.
Illness: We ask that you be conscious in regard to your health, if you are unsure, (feel unwell, have a cough, sore throat, fever, etc.) please cancel 48 hours ahead of your session and reschedule when you are feeling better. If you find you were being overly cautious, and there is still an opening, our therapists would be happy to accommodate you.
We strongly urge you to opt-in for automated text message reminders of your Island Fitness appointments. You will receive a reminder 3 days in advance of your appointment. To Opt-in, log onto your account or speak with your Massage therapist.
