 This week at Island Fitness we’re featuring Ortho-Kinetics Professional Trainer Diane Miller-Peterson.  

Diane is an avid outdoor enthusiast. When she’s not in the club, you can find her hiking the Pacific Crest Trail or SCUBA diving in the Puget Sound. With spring just around the corner, let Diane help you get ready for outdoor hiking, biking, or gardening! 

 Her certifications include:

  • Ortho-Mechan-X Trainer/Instructor 

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM, ACE

Diane enjoys working with aging athletes who what to keep doing what they do, pain-free. She also works with clients of all ages to address:

Inoculate yourself against the infamous “quarantine 15”! 

With our county operating under Phase 2 guidelines, we can now offer in-person group sessions of 5 participants under the following conditions: 

  • Masks are worn at all times

  • Maintain 6′ distance between stations  

  • Each participant has their own station 

  • Participants do not share equipment 

  • Enhanced ventilation and air purification systems are in effect
